Family Strategy Partners was founded on a simple observation: the families most in need of expert guidance are often the least well-served by the existing system. Therapists treat the individual. Treatment programs admit the patient. Insurance companies manage the claim. No one is working for the family.

We exist to fill that gap. We are not a clinical practice. We do not treat patients. We advise families — helping them understand what is happening, what their options are, and what to do next. We work at the speed a crisis demands, with the discretion a family's circumstances require.

Over the past two decades, we have guided more than five hundred families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We have seen what works and what does not. We have built relationships with the country's leading clinicians and treatment programs. And we have learned that the most valuable thing we can offer a family in crisis is not a list of resources — it is a trusted advisor who will stay with them through the entire journey.

Aaron Marc Levine has spent his career inside the behavioral health system — not as an observer, but as an operator. He has served as Executive Director of multiple residential and outpatient programs, founded a boutique executive treatment program, and built clinical and administrative infrastructure from the ground up across facilities in New York and Florida. He knows how these organizations work, how they make decisions, and where families tend to get lost.

Earlier in his career, Aaron served as a Case Specialist and concierge advocate at one of the country's most preeminent residential treatment programs, guiding patients and families through the full arc of treatment from assessment through completion. Before that, he worked as a Utilization and Insurance Specialist at a leading New York health system, negotiating directly with managed care organizations on behalf of patients. That combination — clinical depth, executive experience, and a working knowledge of how insurance and reimbursement actually function — is rare. It is the foundation of everything he does at Family Strategy Partners.

Aaron holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Adelphi University, where he received the Dean's Award for Excellence in Social Work Practice. He has completed a Business Analytics Certificate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He founded Family Strategy Partners to offer families something the system rarely provides: a trusted, independent advisor with no conflicts of interest and a single obligation — to them.
